Catastrophe!!! Unfriendly staff, at one point I had the feeling that I am not welcome there any more and I just booked a room for just one night. With a little problem by check-in the guy in reception shouted at me as if it was my problem that he couldn't find me in system. WiFi disconnected every 5 minuets There was no breakfast available. He gave me a piece of paper that had to go to a bakery across the street in morning to get a cup of coffee and 2 sandwiches. Ridiculous 🤣🤣 The heating doesn't work and it was really cold that night. But no room service and nobody there to tell him about the problem. I didn't experience such thing in my life and I travel alot

That was quite a nice experience. Been there for 2 nights, very nice dinner options, very nice service. Room was very tidy and large, bed was great and good sky subscription. It was a bit on the pricy side, but that's debateable. Overall great experience, i do recommend staying there as it is the best option around
